A number of Brethren within the Province suggested that we form an Association to cater for those of us who have a particular interest in motoring.
We hope to appeal to all Masonic Petrol Heads, and we are not restricting it to the obvious Classic Car fans. We would like to appeal to all, including interesting modern day cars, road going sporting vehicles (eg 4x4 off-road or rally cars), motorcycles, tractors etc. Hopefully, we will also have good support from the proposed West Wales Motorcycle Lodge. This is a social day out with our vehicles and is not a road race/time trail, all routes will be on A/B roads.
In order to gauge interest, in conjunction with the Deputy Provincial Grand Master RW Bro Ryland James, and support from our Provincial Membership Officer, W Bro Stephen Fearn, we have come up with the idea of organising another day run-out, to a convenient venue fairly central to the Province. From three starting points at Haverfordwest, Carmarthen and Aberystwyth, we have suggested routes and timings to bring us all to the car park behind the Castle Hotel, Llandovery SA20 0AP, at about the same time on Easter Sunday 20th April for a meal at the Castle hotel at 1pm.
There is no obligation to follow the suggested route, and if anyone prefers to meet us on route, or at the Castle Hotel and public car park, this will be fine.
This is a very informal day, to gauge interest. There will be no entry fee as such, and if you could book direct with the Castle Hotel for food (details below). It would however be appreciated if you could let us know if you would like to come along to join us, so that we can plan appropriately.

Meal Bookings with the Castle Hotel
If you wish to dine on the day, you must book directly in advance at the Castle hotel Llandovery.
There is a carvery organised for the Sunday lunch, and as it is Easter Sunday it is likely to be busy so an early booking is recommended.
When you reserve your meal, please state that it is with the Classic car club, your name and number of people eating and seating for 1pm, so that we can be seated together.
